Live Webinar Session has ended now.

About the webinar:
For a number of years data has been telling the story that crisis response is often too little, too late. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic governments, non-governmental organizations, and certainly businesses have learned that without building 'crisis capacity' their organizations suffer. This presentation focuses on an evidence-based discussion of building crisis capacity from a stakeholder relationship management perspective.

What you'll learn:
➡️ Delineating between material crisis capacity and relational crisis capacity based on a risk management perspective
➡️ Identify the value of investing in stakeholder relationship management initiatives
➡️ Be introduced to a stakeholder mapping tool
➡️ Discuss implications for risk and crisis communication strategy
