Ger Peerboom, is a communication professional with many years experience in corporate communications, branding, and change management, mainly in B2B companies with a solid global footprint. He worked in the petrochemicals industry, healthcare, and the space industry. Ger worked and lived for Mubadala and Borouge in the UAE, SABIC in Saudi Arabia, SABIC, DSM, and Fokker Space and Systems in the Netherlands.  During these years, he developed many crisis communication plans, organized training sessions and simulations, and advised the companies he worked for on the best approach during a crisis. Due to his work in the field under sometimes challenging conditions he gained a lot of practical experience managing crises on the ground.
